The event will discuss sustainability throughout the entire gemstone production chain

The 20th edition of the ICA Congress, organized by the International Colored Gemstone Association (ICA) in partnership with the Brazilian Gems and Jewellery Trade Association (IBGM), will be held in Brasília from May 19 to 22, 2025. This biannual event is recognized as one of the most important gatherings in the gemstone industry, bringing together global leaders to discuss the key issues and opportunities in the sector.

It is expected that companies from the Precious Brazil project will have a significant presence at the event. Precious Brazil was created by the Brazilian Gems and Jewellery Trade Association (IBGM) and the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil), aimed at promoting Brazilian gemstone and jewelry companies abroad. The ICA Congress will serve as a strategic platform for these companies to showcase their products and reinforce Brazil’s relevance on the international stage.
