The project, carried out by the IBGM in partnership with the ApexBrasil, supports the participation of 35 Brazilian companies in two major international trade shows, expanding opportunities for the jewelry, fashion jewelry, biojewelry, and gemstone sectors.

Precious Brazil kicks off September with an international agenda connecting Brazilian companies with two important markets for the industry. From September 12 to 14, 11 companies will participate in Milano Fashion&Jewels in Italy. Immediately afterward, from September 14 to 18, another 24 companies will take part in JGW September (Jewellery & Gem World Hong Kong September), held at AsiaWorld-Expo (AWE) in Hong Kong.

Carried out by the Brazilian Gems and Jewellery Trade Association (IBGM) in partnership with the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil), Precious Brazil supports the internationalization of Brazilian companies in the gemstone, jewelry, fashion jewelry, and plated jewelry sectors. The simultaneous presence in Europe and Asia reinforces the project’s market diversification strategy while connecting different segments of Brazilian production with buyers and industry professionals from around the world.

Brazilian Design Gains Ground in Milan

From September 12 to 14, Precious Brazil will be at Milano Fashion&Jewels in Milan, supporting 11 Brazilian companies: Anna Prata, Auma, Creative Brazil, Cristina Sabatini, Emilia Kipper, Eneida França, Hector Albertazzi, Miyama Biojoias, Mônica Krexa, Oro Bio Gioielli, and Possebon.

Participating in Milan expands Brazil’s presence in a market internationally recognized for fashion, design, and creativity. For the participating brands, the trade show provides an opportunity to showcase different expressions of Brazilian design, connect with international buyers and industry professionals, and explore new business opportunities in the European market.

The initiative also plays an important role in Precious Brazil’s market diversification strategy. By expanding its activities in Europe, the project creates new connections for Brazilian companies and helps position creativity, identity, diversity of materials, and design among the key distinguishing features of Brazilian production.

The trade show is a platform to showcase the diversity of Brazilian gemstones directly to international buyers, strengthen commercial relationships, and explore new opportunities across the region.

Market Diversification in Focus

The two initiatives take place at a time when diversifying export destinations has become increasingly important for the Brazilian industry. By participating in events with distinct profiles in Europe and Asia during the same week, Precious Brazil expands opportunities for Brazilian companies to connect with a broader range of consumer markets.
